Thank you, Delta Dental of New Mexico. We are so grateful for our Provider Representative, Lucy. The company sends her all the way out to Deming, NM several times a year, and her visits are always incredibly helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable, and brings a positive and happy attitude, and her smile always brightens our day. What we appreciate most is how clearly she explains policies-without all the technical jargon. She gets right to the point and makes dental claims easy to understand. Her guidance and support make a real difference in our office. We truly appreciate all the support she provides. We thank Delta Dental for being the only insurance carrier that ever sends someone out to Deming, NM to support us.

I called Delta Dental of New Mexico with many questions. And I spoke to Alta. (I apologize if I didn't get her name correctly). She was patient, professional and answered all of my insurance questions. Her professionalism and great attitude made the entire phone call stress-free. It's refreshing to speak to a customer service department that genuinely cares about providing great service. Just wanted to let you know that she deserves a shout out for helping this guy out!

January ’24 my wife opened a Delta Dental (DD) insurance policy to have her wisdom teeth removed. No other reason to have dental insurance as she has full dentures. She paid the first installment of $127.80 and an automatic payment plan was set up through our bank at the time. First autopay was to be the following month but it never occurred. Then in late January my wife became very ill with gastric issues, constantly throwing up, a dozen surgeries later she’s still suffering. She never used the (DD) insurance although she had contacted a dentist who asked for her membership number which she had never received… Earlier this year we were gathering receipts for taxes she came across the initial (DD) payment. Whats odd is she only had the one payment, no communication what so ever from

I have had Delta Dental for years!!! I have to commend their customer service. Professional,compassionate, knowledgeable always try to assist their subscribers. Judith hits it out of park. 1000 stars!!!!! Thank you Delta, this native New Mexican so grateful for the service you provide!!!

Delta Dental and their contributing dental offices make it possible for patients to have a permanent crown done within a day because of new technology without any additional paperwork required by Delta Dental. I am very impressed.
