Dee Dee Lore: Allstate Insurance

They increase rates every renewal and blame inflation. I've called 2x today and both times somebody picked up the phone and hung up.

I changed insurance companies a couple of years ago, best thing I did. The ladies at Dee Dee Lore Allstate Office are great to work with. I always appreciate there help!

I called 8 days ago and asked for a quote for a homeowner's, fifth wheel, and 2 auto policies. I was told they would call the next day with a quote. I still haven't heard from them, so I called today and was told that they have nothing in their system that I even called.

I received a handwritten welcome letter! This was so nice. Everyone is on top of everything and had my policy set up in a timely manner. Thank you guys!
