I am not a direct Allstate customer, however, I do work with numerous agencies across the nation for my current work place. Let me just say that my experience with Matthew has been phenomenal! Working with him to get documents taken care of for our mutual clients has been such a pleasure. Matthew is super professional and responsive! Debbie has exceeded my expectations, not easily done. She is very knowledgable and professional. During a very busy time for me, she followed up at appropriate intervals to make sure I had everything while never making me feel pressured or rushed.and was very responsive whenever I needed her assistance.
