Deana Poston-Seibold American Family Insurance

I've been with AmFam my entire life -- 10 years specifically with this agent in KC. They recently gave me a renewal quote of nearly $1,000 for 6th months of coverage on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I cancelled my coverage and signed up with State Farm across the parking lot for less than half that. My renter's insurance also sharply dropped with my new insurer, even with considerably expanded personal property coverage. My motorcycle insurance went up, but it was peanuts compared to the reduction in auto and renter's insurance. The $1,000/6 wasn't just high, it was highly offensive. What a silly way to permanently lose a customer. It is worth noting that corporate sets the quote. Clearly AmFam corporate has lost their minds.

I love my Agent and staff. They are the best place around for car and home insurance. So easy to deal with, super fast when handling changes. I had USAA and never got the customer service satisfaction as I do with American Family.
