Do not recommend. I just went in there and was told that because it was the weekend it was double the price. Then was told that someone called to remove one of the drivers off my policy but I never called to tell them that. We also called before going and asked if it would be cheaper if I paid in cash and the lady told me it would be the same but when we arrived they had a sign stating that paying with card had a 2.9% service fee. Do not go here they are rude and money hungry.

don't go there.. terrible service and every time you renew your policy they increase the price .. those Hispanic ladies that work there charge you ridiculous fees just to get some extra money out of your pocket and the prices are insane.. I got my new policy somewhere else for half of the price they offer 👎👎

I called on July 16th wanting to receive a quote around 6pm... First of all whoever answered the phone I don't know what they were saying because they were talking so fast.. the only thing I heard was "I'm with a customer" and click...nothing but a dial tone... Just a word of advice you are a business trying to get business by way of customer service...hanging up on.people will not cut it.... Also when you answer the phone don't sound so annoyed... Guess I'll call Acceptance insurance because yall definitely didn't want my business.....Do better!!!
