Erica customer service and communication are top tier! I moved to GA last year and due to licensing and state ID from another state I wasn’t able to transfer Statefarm from my previous state to GA. A whole year later, she reached out to me randomly to see if I needed insurance- which I did and made the whole process simple. This is what I’m talking about. Communication, follow up, friendly service. She’s my go to. I appreciate her and her customer service.
