David Zhang: Allstate Insurance

At first I was happy with Allstate, been with them for 5 yrs. Instead of quote lowering they have raised my monthly payment without notice and can’t give me a reason for the increase. I didn’t know they can raise the price after signing the contract with said quote.

Terrible communication from this Allstate branch. They will increase your rates without an explanation at the end of every policy period. The times I have gotten through to someone at the branch there was major language barrier or I had to be transferred to someone who was licensed and had more experience. Best to looked elsewhere instead of this shady branch.

David was very helpful, and not pushy when it came down to getting my insurance. I stopped by and asked for a quote, and after a week of shopping around came back to Allstate insurance. Thank you David.

Once I had a problem and wanted to consult with my agent. The operator said that he would call me back. I waited for the call and didn't call me back, so I decided to change to another insurance company next year.

I called in 4 weeks ago to ask for assistance with my homeowners insurance with no help as yet. Spoke with an Yvette who promised twice she would get back to & no response till this day.
