David Penning - State Farm Insurance Agent

On 2/24, I signed up for State Farm home and auto insurance at David Penning’s office, 2962 Robbins Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19149. Spaso provided quotes, including the Drive Safe & Save discount. My first auto payment was $202.02 for 2 cars. In March, I canceled the Drive Safe & Save and spoke with Holly, who informed me Spaso no longer worked there due to his lack of insurance knowledge. She gave me new pricing, and I asked her to ensure the price change was accurate to avoid billing surprises. However, my billing increased in March, April, and May. Holly later discovered the discount was only removed from one car and couldn’t explain the increases. She said David Penning would contact me. When I spoke with him, he confirmed Spaso had made errors and Holly couldn’t address my policy issu

David has been my insurance agents for years. He's helpful, informative, willing to assist and knowledgeable. At times I've had concerns about those he's hired to assist him. They were not always helpful. This office has been around and has seen many changes and has weathered the storm. I like David he's my go to insurance person.

When i say i never had such a bad experience with a agent, i mean that in every way possible. I have had the same problem multiple times due to THEIR mistake!!! They offered me one price and then made a mistake on my policy which made my policy go higher and even me still staying with them after that my policy went even higher!! Every time i try to speak to someone, they either don’t answer or they say they will call me back but never do. I am seriously not sure why am i dealing with such an unfortunate situation especially after me being so patient and understanding

Completely incompetent! Take your business elsewhere. State farm is not a "good neighbor". They are one of the worst "neighbors" I've ever had. Don't waste your premium payments with this company!

Never returns calls or answers messages, I truly do not understand how this agency is open. Awful experience. Gave more than enough opportunities after being with Mr. Penning for over 25 years. Will be switching agents as early as next week.
