I'm not one to write reviews very often, but the service provided by Adam at David Goings Agency has been above and beyond to the point where I felt compelled to share my experience. Adam reached out to me when my escrow company failed to pay for the annual insurance renewal, and he took a significant amount of his own time to contact the escrow company and get a messy situation worked out. What could have been a huge headache for me became something he took upon himself to figure out. Thanks again to Adam for continued great service and communication. I highly recommend his services!

I am so glad I changed my coverages to the Goings American Family agency! They saved me some money on my different coverages which is good! However the BEST part is the service and the people! This place is awesome! Just transferred my homeowners insurance over and added my truck. Not only were their rates very competitive they were so friendly and helpful. Both Donna Goings and especially Donna Hatcher were GREAT!! to work with. Donna H quoted many different options for me and was incredibly patient. She communicated regularly and followed up perfectly so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting. Best of all was the smiling, friendly faces. Way to GO Donna!!
