My elderly parents been customers with DZ Insurance for decades. They have never had a claim in all the years they have paid into this insurance. Recently, they have and event with their car and home. Both no fault of theirs but left them unnerved. At a time when people are most vulnerable, given their age and the circumstance, they were treated very poorly. There was no curiosity or compassion, just an abrupt we can’t help you. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will be suggesting that they take their business to our agency, who have always provided prompt, personal, and compassionate customer service. If I could give zero starts I would.
