Derrell Gee appears to approach his business relationships from a strictly transactional standpoint. Premiums are collected without issue; however, when a significant claim arises—such as a slab leak—payment is made reluctantly and only after considerable difficulty. Following resolution of the claim, my homeowners policy was canceled. Notably, coverage for my automobile was still encouraged, as no claims had been filed on that policy. Based on this experience, I did not feel adequately supported as a customer.

My parents have been with him since the 80’s. He is apart of our family. Very professional and very knowledgeable. My wife and I have been with him since we started our journey into the insurance world as well. No matter how many people he has, he always finds time to personally talk to you. His staff is also very nice and down to earth. Very good people all around. I highly recommend him and his team!

Dishonest, rude and it does not bother him to lose customers after a decade. Been with him for about 15 years. I am purchasing a new house and wanted a quote. He pulled my credit without consent then told me that he will not cover the house due to bad credit. I dont have bad credit. it is over 700. I never missed an insurance payment. When I called and asked all he said was just to let him know when to cancel my auto policy. Darrel is usuall really persobable, but now seems bothered to have customers and wants to have less. Sad because he was really professional when I first switched to State Farm.

Mr.Gee has always been their for me and my family. He quickly give you an answer on what you need. I have been with States Farms Insurance since 197? It's been so long I can't remembered what year, my mother told me about States Farm Insurance when I move to Tulsa in 1970 something it's been a long times with States Farms Insurance.

How do you rank an insurance agent not worth ranking? Rude, gets into your personal life, for some reason charges almost twice what the same company down across town charged 54 a month for. I'll be changing companies. This man is emotionally and financially destructive.
