No one showed up to work today. I had an appointment at 10:00am and the business decided it wasn't going to open. It wouldn't have been a big issue, however I had driven 45 minutes and waited over an hour before I left. Other people were present, waiting to pay their insurance but they decided to not open today without any indication. Would not recommend if you like dependability.

This place is under new ownership. I’ve done business here for years and last week I called to add a vehicle to my policy. Someone actually answered within the firs few rings and I didn’t have to leave a message and wait a day for someone to call me back. The lady who is now managing this location told me to come in when I have more time and she would go over our policy to see if we could save some money or see what other insurance needs they could help me with. Which is good because I had been asking about renters insurance for some time and the other owner informed me I would have to purchase that elsewhere. Oh, and the new owner was actually open during stated business hours. Not with some sign stating that lunch was 12:30 to 2:00 and then would close early @2:30. Nice people, give them

Not COVID-friendly. The attendant was polite, appointment was quick and on time, and masks are required for customers. However, the employee helping me did not wear a mask when they helped me or the person ahead of me, and did not sanitize their hands or the fingerprinting machine before or after holding my hands and taking my prints.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off people if you get into a car accident they wont allow you to get insurance through them for 3 years. Also they dont bother to tell you that after they take $220 cash from you then cancel your plan when you walk out of the door and pocket your money. April Delgado should be fired from ever working customer service for the rest of her or his life couldnt really tell if that was a woman or a man. Rude and very condescending. I filed a formal complaint for this office with the BBB, and one for miss or mister April Delgado. I will never in my life reccomend this insurance company to cover my damn bicycle. A bunch of idiots running the place with NO MANAGER to be found. Imagine that.

This is an amazing business, they close the place up and don't even notify people who have appointments that they have done so. Thanks for wasting my gas and time off from work.
