Terrible and unprofessional behavior from this agency please don’t work with them. All I did was trying to get a quote and all I got is an attitude. I was told who you trying to call and why are you calling? No greetings and how can I help you? If you care about our community people like this agency have to be stopped
I've had Darin since 2002 when I first moved to Holland Michigan, I no longer live in Holland but I still have Darin as my insurance agent over 20+ very personable guy, the whole office staff is very knowledgeable especially Lupe
Darin, Lupe, and the rest of his team are great! I feel very welcome when I go in to the office and I enjoy my time in there. My experience with car shopping, adding new coverage, and filing a claim has always been quick and easy.
Lupe and the entire team at Darin Kaleb were awesome. I have a better rate and I'm saving money. Stellar work and thank you Lupe!
