Probably the worst insurance experience I've ever had. A friend recommended them for commercial insurance because my coverage was expiring 5/31. I reached out 5/2, gave Luis my old policies and everything needed for a quote. It took 3 weeks of every other day follow up emails for him to even send me an application. Then another week of emailing over and over until 5/29 when I received an email thanking me for the opportunity but they weren't able to find coverage for me. Here I am now with an expiring policy and starting from scratch. Tried to talk to the manager, Michael about my concerns and to see if there were any other options since I'm about to be without insurance and he sure wasn't interested in hearing about it. He was defensive, argumentative and certainly wasn't interested

Corinne was 100% professional, personal, and competent. She responded immediately to my questions and concerns, she called regularly while we were going through my transaction, and was always kind. Big kudos to Corinne, thank you!

Agree with another reviewer. Negligence and poor communication or rather none after years of support them with multiple commercial policies. After selling our business they didn’t take the necessary steps to close out our policy or account. Over 2 years later I received the first phone call regarding an outstanding bill that I knew nothing about. Would not recommend them.

Great local full-service insurance agency. If you need it insured, they can most likely write you a policy all the while providing excellent customer service. Support local businesses!
