Daniel Reza - State Farm Insurance Agent

Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, to say the least. I received a renewal certificate from them for a property/company that I am not associated with. I requested information on what my liability is with this inaccurate policy and the lady I was speaking with was very rude. She stated she couldn't give me information since I wasn't a party to the policy which makes sense. So, I asked for general information on what ones liability would be in a situation such as this. She kept talking over me and so I requested to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. I tried calling back and, as expected, she didn't answer. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Have been trying to get a hold of them by calling the office and the automated system never let me speak to anyone. Horrible customer service.
