Dan and Jackie & The team go above and beyond every time I have a question or need help with my home policy! We are so happy we've gotten a chance to have such a friendly Statefarm Team! Jackie has done so much for us, and getting us through this year with our home insurance and pointing Us in the right direction on selling has made it very smooth and very easy! We are very pleased with the service and quick response we always get when we have a question. We have only visited with Dan one time but I have spoken with Jackie several times and there is no one I would rather ask for information from. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and explains very well.

Horrible customer service especially with a claims department.. Julie claims adjuster doesn't care about any customer. She refuses to address any issues but only argues on anything you say..and truly doesn't care about what happened in an accident. She doesn't wanna get to the bottom of an incident and automatically just goes with what their driver not at fault even if a driver ran a red light which was the case in my situation. I wish we had a choice to rate them lower because they don't even deserve one star

Professional people, my card got declined and they sent me a txt and we communicated and solved the issue right away! The card was ran again and all good! Pretty responsive and low prices, definitely lower than Geico!
