Dan Martin: Allstate Insurance

I been with for a year and when I call and need help they never pick up the phone and Marcus keeps avoiding calls and the receptionist was very unprofessional to me! I’m very frustrated and upset with this situation but they are ALL ABOUT THE $$$$ and that is SAD!!!!!!!

It’s been great! The coverage cost is very competitive and Allstate saved us money. Marcus Carter is the person I normally work with and he is awesome! He is very responsive, knowledgeable and patient with me when I ask a ton of questions! 🙂

The company it’s self is okay, I’ve had a few issues in the past but lucky they have Mr.Marcus C in the office you would think he’s the owner bc he’s the go to guy. I waited 9hours on other staff to call me with an answer I called Marcus within an hour he had everything figured out and running smoothly due to a coworker not using listening skills. If u decided to be insured through them please talk to MARCUS IF U WANT IT DONE THE RIGHT WAY, I’ve never met this man but respect him so much for always going above and beyond 🤞🏾❤️

ALLSTATE has met all my insurance needs! When I moved from another state, it was so easy to transfer. Everyone in the Dan Martin office was so easy to talk to and they listened to what I wanted. I recommend Dan Martin!

I work from home, and only drive 5 miles a week, but they cant even match what my friend is paying through another Allstate company and he has a new truck and drives everywhere!!
