I have been with Dan and State Farm for 15 years now. Dan and Bri are always kind and willing to answer all my questions, no matter how small. They always respond promptly and make sure I’m taken care of. Dan has even answered my calls and texts after hours. They advocate for their customers and make sure they have the best rates on insurance. Thanks for all the help over the years!

This is the best State Farm office in the STL region and beyond!! They are the most customer oriented out of any that I've visited. The staff members are extremely efficient and reliable, and they will go out of their way to support your requests and find multiple solutions that will work with your needs. The location is also very convenient to get to when driving and has plenty of accessible parking. The team at this location really cannot be beat!

This is a long overdue thanks to Dan Drissell, his staff, and State Farm's investigative team. Last June (2021), I was falsely accused of rear ending a vehicle at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. I was at the airport to pick up my daughter and her fiancé. As I was preparing to depart the 'arriving passengers' pick-up area, an emotionally-charged male stranger ran towards my driver's side window. At first I thought he was someone in need and was preparing to ask me for money. I put my window down a few inches. He stuck his face in my window, waved his phone and shouted, "My wife said you rear-ended her." My heart dropped into my stomach. I asked if this was some sort of a scam and he responded, "Yeah, it's a scam." His emotions escalated and I became frightened. I drove away.

Have been with Dan for over 20 years and have always had outstanding service, response, and help from him and his team. Couldn't ask for better!
