I’ve been with State Farm for the majority of my life, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. The team is absolutely amazing — always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve had questions about my policies or needed assistance, they’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt confident in my coverage. It’s rare to find an office that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but they do it effortlessly. I’ve always felt valued as a client, not just like a policy number. That level of consistency and service is a big reason I’ve stayed with State Farm for so many years. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable coverage and a team that truly looks out for you!

I switched to State Farm because customer service and support is easier with a person (human) who understands real life situations. Having insurance is a have it when you need it… and you need to know what you need from a person who KNOWS. Catherine explained what each thing meant and how it applies to my situation. She also didn’t sell me what I DIDN’T need. This year’s follow up call was to see if anything had changed, needed updating and just to see how I was doing. That green, scaly lizard never did that! lol. Thanks Catherine & State Farm, I feel very taken care of. (Like I’m in good hands, maybe…😉, yes, definitely!) Oh, and thanks for getting the guy out in the freezing cold to jumpstart my dead battery within an hour! The roadside assistance is top notch! ⭐️

I cannot say enough about the service I received from her. Katherine was professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. She was very patient with all the questions I had. I was in urgent need of property insurance because American Family completely dropped the ball on my renewal. I got ahold of Matt and he was amazing and got a new policy in place very quickly and reviewed my coverage to make sure it was appropriate for my needs.
