Wow. INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I would rate them higher if I could. My parents have been going through Dallas Insurance for 30 years for all types of insurance, and I always hated the process of going to the DMV, and filing paper work and everything. Let's face it, it's the worst. Anyway, I just went through the process of switching my car insurance over to Commerce through Dallas, and I couldn't be happier. Bob is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, he went to the DMV for me and delivered the plates to my house! He totally gets it that insurance can be a pain in the neck, and just wants to help out.
