I was a customer of D & L when Glenda first started up. She moved to a new office and then got another employee. You could always count on her to provide great customer service. She called back in a timely manner and was pleasant. Even though it was only ran sometimes with her she was still able to provide this great service. The new D & L really needs her back or atleast needs to learn how she operated. I left them after many, many years when Glenda was no longer working in the office. I tried to stick it out and probably was just reluctant to leave. The final straw was when I made numerous calls for a new quote and never got a call back. Needing another insurance I thought I would give them another chance, surely things have gotten better as they have grown. HA! I explained that I NEEDED

Horrible took this agent under an SR22 policy endorsement 2 years ago. My SR22 Mandate expired 4 months ago, however this Agency has ne stuck on the SR22 Endorsement. The female office worker stated via phone they cannot remove the SR22 Endorsement until Proof from VA DMV...Per VA DMV they DO NOT provide documentation to Clients when SR22 Endorsements end. Now have a new agent and new policy...problem solved
