Never had a problem with D and L, if I had any issues with my insurance company, Lois has been there with a helping hand. Definitely would recommend them!
Terrible Service. Sent a 2A cancellation for a customer, and they ignored it. The customer got billed even though they were no longer insured, and then they stopped answering their phone. This is not a company for you if you value service or easy lines of communication.
