I have been a client of Cynthia Torres-Roman Allstate Insurance for almost 10 years and this agency has been the most hands on and caring insurance company I ever been with. Anytime I have needed assistance with my Auto and Home insurance they have immediately taken steps to solve my needs. All the staff are polite and friendly and really make you feel they care for all their clients. I would and have recommended Cynthia Torres-Roman Allstate Insurance to my family and friends.

This agency is SCAM they’re fraud! After you submit all documents and they confirm that everything is completed and ready to go, and collect the payment, the following week they change your rate to triple the amount and ask you to pay or to cancel and if you try to understand why is it triple the amount they don’t give legit reason and cancel your policy and make you have to pay for another 2 months with the new rate, if you asked to cancel immediately instead of paying for another 2 month they ignore your request and tell you that you must pay! Niva or whatever her name is, is not just rude she careless and cold person, they don’t try to help you out with anything! Stay away from this company it’s fraud they just collect payment and don’t care about customer service, or after sale service

Nivia Adoryan- I agree with Bernie's review. Nivia is extremely rude, and very sneaky. She snitched to the DMV, for canceling insurance on a second Mercedes parked car. I wasn't sure whether to sell it or keep it. She covered her tracks by mailing me a letter, and did NOT attempt to give me a courtesy call. Her excuse was she was doing her job! That is not customer service! The least she could have done was to call and ensure I got the letter by mail! At least to check on me, as a client, being a tenure with Allstate! As a result, my license got suspended, and I had to reinstate it. This was around August-October 2022! Then, when it came to the renewal period, I cancelled the policy on July 20th, 2023, she had the audacity to ask as to why am I cancelling?! After ALL the damage
