Setting up warranty was easy. Haven't had to use claim yet but it’s been about 2-3 weeks and my battery pack is not charging anymore it works if on the stand but doesn't hold charge. Will update to describe if claim was smooth ir not.

Very easy warranty registration process, with many of the fields pre-populated. I've only just registered so can't speak to how claims are handled, but the initial step has been very smooth. Worth noting that this insurance was provided with the purchase of the product at no additional cost.
