CTC Insurance

Citizens Trust Company Insurance handles all of our policies from general liability to workers compensation for all of our companies. We don't have to deal with a bunch of difference companies, and we like it lie this. Citizens has done an amazing job with everything for us, and we will continue to bring our services to them.

We moved our business insurance to Citizens Trust after one of their agents, Matthew, thoroughly reviewed our portfolio. We found out we were paying too much, and didn't have enough coverage, with our previous insurance carrier. After we moved our business insurance to Citizens Trust, we also let Matthew look at our personal insurance...and he was able to help us with that as well.

Worst insurance company I ever worked with. Beth penick is really no use. She got my vehicles under personal policy instead of business. I have called twice to cancel my insurance but she never did and I end up paying renewal on it. Never got back email in time or she never did what she said. Don’t go to these people.

By using Citizens Trust Company Insurance I saved a great deal of money. I couldn't be happier with their work and so I never hesitate to recommend to family and friends because I know they will do an excellent job.
