I was sandwiched and received the most damage of any party. I was not only shown that the damage I received wasn’t there concern to fully compensate me for, I also had the person who hit me, harass me at work(is my boss). It’s bad enough to be completey screwed out of my vehicle. But to see his be completely rebuilt and fixed up pretty and harassing me then they give me the absolute smallest payout. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company has left me questioning their legitimacy as an insurance provider. I feel compelled to share my concerns and urge you to consider alternative options. Firstly, I have encountered severe issues with their customer service. It has been extremely challenging to get in touch with a representative, and when I did, their assistance was far from satisfactory. I found it particularly disconcerting that CSE Insurance Group failed to notify me in a timely manner when my payment was nearing its due date. Like the other reviews, STAY AWAY, I mailed my payment 2 weeks before the due date, they never received it, showed them proof of service from my bank, said I had the wrong address, but this was an old address of theirs. I don’t use return envelopes with their new address, everything is on bill pay for me, I asked them had they ever heard of mail forwarding??? What a joke they are. Would not reinstate my policy. Never made a claim either. Terrible company wouldn’t go near them again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My cat. converter was stolen out of my car. Appraiser showed up with no jack. He was unable to take photos for his report. Took about a month for him to get around to it. When I asked for some extra rental car coverage, due to this guy's slow response, they refused and tried to blame it on my mechanic. CSE guy had the nerve to say the catalytic converter install should only take an hour, so the 3 days at the shop, and the extra rental days, is the mechanic's fault. Really? And how long should it take to take a photo and fill out an insurance report? If I were the president of this company, I would have been so embarrassed by the appraiser's lack of preparation and slow behavior that I would have gladly paid for a few extra rental days. I’ve had the worst experience with this insurance company! Not only does my agent not reply, but I’ve had a call out to have my car towed for 6 days and they have not sent anyone to pick it up! I’m getting charged by the day where my vehicle is. They’ve hung up on me, asked me personal questions they didn’t need to know, and are very unprofessional. Every time I’ve called to schedule a tow, they say it’s taken care of, but when I call back after they don’t show up, they have no record of me calling the previous time, or any of the times before that. Another time, when I locked my keys in my vehicle at a gas station, I was stranded for 4 1/2 hours. Absolutely do not go with this company!!
