Pam Smith, office manager at Steve Gonzalves State Farm Office, is a truly exceptional person to work with. We have 4 autos and two homes insured with them and Pam always goes above and beyond with whatever our needs are. Can’t recommend their office highly enough!!

2 years ago I transferred from another agent and have been more than happy with my service from this team. They are responsive and always willing to help no matter what the issue was, big or small. I scheduled an appt and they went over my polices and made sure I properly covered. We even found a way to lower my premium. I have to call out Pam, she always goes above and beyond. It’s nice to know that service still exists!

The insurance industry in California is volatile to say the least over the past few years. Where I live people cannot get home insurance through State Farm. With that said, I will not leave Steve Gonsalves office to look elsewhere for auto insurance because of his office staff, specifically Pam Smith. She is bright shining star in an otherwise dismal industry. Without her friendly, above and beyond help ANYTIME I call it would be an entirely different situation. Every insurance office in California needs a version of Pam to assist customers when they are faced with frustration in the ever changing landscape of the insurance industry. Thanks Pam and thank you Steve for keeping Pam as a valued employee. Your customers appreciate it more then you could imagine.
