Do not waste your time or money. These jokers changed my policy without my permission then didn't renew my policy this past November. There were no letters sent or emails.....they claim they sent a letter informing me. I received NO LETTER. The app doesn't work well at all and when I called for assistance I was transferred 4 times before I got the right person. They want way too much money for this ridiculousness.

Wouldn’t even give these guys 1 star if I could. It took a month of arguing with them to get them to fully pay what they should have. Ravyn Francis is the absolute worst claims specialist I’ve ever dealt with and refused to approve $900 worth of damages. Even with a quote from a mechanic and a dash cam VIDEO showing the damage was from the wreck. My insurance company had to step in to get them to do what they should have in the first place. Do not go with them and pray that the person that hit your car, doesn’t be Ave them for insurance.

I was assisted by Grace Coleman today. She was friendly, genuinely concerned about my problems, and personally set out to get them resolved. In September I relocated from California, and as such sold my car and cancelled my AAA policy. However the refund check was repeatedly sent to the old address, although the current address was in the computer. Grace went out of her way to contact her personal office to assure the check would be sent to the correct address. She gave me her contact information and promised to follow-up with me to verify the check will (finally) be sent to the correct address. None of the problem was caused by her, but she went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. AAA has an incredible employee who deserves the recognition for her dedication to quali

Wish i could give zero stars paid 1500 and some change for 6 months of auto insurance well they decided i had to pay $91 dollars more, 3 months into my policy because they took a discount away from me. Well they say they emailed me and even sent me a letter about taking away my discount i have still yet recieved anything not even a cancelation notice i did recieve about half the money i gave them for my policy but when i called and left a voice mail to ask them about that no one responded some hung up on me now months later i have a ticket from the state saying i gotta pay about 200 bc no insurance so far worse customer service ive seen in any company let alone an insurance company Finally got team lead on phone basicly told me i should have known they were mailing me stuff and known that

I personally had a horrible experience with their travel department and will share "my" story as that is what a review is for, right to share your personal experience! Needed help with travel arrangements. I was transferred and tried to explain what I was wanting and told that being the end of the day she would get back with me on Tuesday... umm NO, bye Tuesday, bye Wednesday, bye Thursday and finally a call back on Friday with half of the information and a weak apology that she is all alone while her counterpart is out of town. Well if you are overwhelmed then DO NOT commit to a customer that you will return a call the next day!! Set the proper expectations.. people DO understand if you just tell them.
