Crystal Fuller State Farm Insurance Agent

Recently switched to State Farm here with Makayla because I was looking for a simpler and less expensive policy than Geico has to include ride share coverage. Makayla was so pleasant and easy to communicate with. She was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, friendly and easy to talk with. She had all the right answers to my questions. I have to say that wasn't the case with Geico so much.Geico was nice but not giving me all the right answers so much. I was with them for a long time. Makayla gave me all the right answers And was a real pleasure to have handle everything. Made it easy. I have since added comprehensive to the policy with Melissa and she has been all the way the same type of experience for me. She reached out to me to keep me informed and make sure everything is right

I recently transferred renewal of one car and two home policies to State Farm. Aside from getting the best deal from the Fuller Agency over several competing offers, their customer service has been fantastic! Julie walked me through everything I needed to know and do to activate the policies & Melissa made a follow-up call shortly after to ensure I understood my coverages and other options. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and recommend Fuller for the agency’s prompt service and thorough folllow through!

I have been really impressed with Heather Ricks from the Crystal Fuller agency. She helped me through my collision claim process, she was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me and helped me every step of way. She is my favorite agent now, I go to to her for all the questions. She is always very prompt in answering my questions. I feel she provides excellent service and I highly recommend her.
