They never answer the phone in this office, you are always forced to go into the office. What's the use of having a business phone when you never answer the phone. Also, the company has offices in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama, but their systems don't communicate with each other. I am trying to get my tag since my car is registered in Georgia, but attending college in Alabama. I have my policy in Alabama, but when I went to renew my registration, I was unable to do so since their system does not communicate with each other. What sense does that make for the consumer. So, you have insurance in Alabama, but not in Georgia. WOW!!!!! I have to find another insurance company ASAP!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

Friendly ppl. Will find the cheapest insurance companies for your needs! Difficult to reach via phone so if I need to speak with someone, I usually just drive to them

Good luck with this office because they NEVER answer the phone. Nice people, but they want to force you to come down there and I live out of town.

Crawford has top notch customer service. All employees exhibit customer friendly attitudes without compromising professionalism. Crawford has served individuals in our family for over 15 years.

They were okay but they always had to call you back. Took forever to do it and they are closed on the weekend. Makes it almost impossible to get what you need done quickly and you cany report anything to them till they open again. I had also signed up for automatic debit, come to find out they had my address wrong and no automatic debits were taken out. They sent a letter telling me that they are canceling my insurance for nonpayment but they sent it to the wrong address! I couldn't do anything about it because it was Friday and they closed at 4pm! It was just frustrating.
