If I could give zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE agency!!!! I asked them THREE times to set up auto draft. I’ve received 2 termination papers in the mail in the last 3 months. Once three months ago, once aug 15. The first time, I was reassured by Julie it would never happen again and that it was definitely on auto draft…she even read back the last 4 of my debit card they already HAD on file from the previous time I had called. I was told “they weren’t sure” what happened but they would take care of any letter from DDS regarding a suspension of my registration. They also made it look like there had been no interruption in my coverage, since it was no fault of my own. It auto drafted one month after that—for June—then when I got billing statements in the mail saying I owed Xxx amount, I realize

Craig Davis is a wonderful insurance agent. Country Financial Insurance is great. I haven't had any problems and the rat es are good.
