They are professional, personable, and give you their undivided attention. Lyndsey signed me up and made me feel like it was the best decision after I had been with another company for so long. She was 100% correct. As for April, my insurance was coming up for renewal and about to cancel because I had not handled what I needed to on my end. I had been in the hospital oblivious to anything that was waiting for me when April stayed late at the office to take care of everything that I wasn't able to at the time and was such a sweet soul about it.
