When Covenant took over from the previous one man agency it was a major improvement. Initially it wasn't smooth, but then all went well. Holly has been my contact and has been extremely helpful. Courteous and efficient! All you ask for in an agent.

I called this agent to get a quote for insurance. He was so rude and disrespectful. He asked questions that had nothing to do with a quote. Not to mention how he was leaving by noon. I wouldn't have even given this man a one star but you had to pick one. If he was to get an award from the BBB, it would be for jerk of the year and we are just now in 2019.
