i went in and spoke to one of their reps, about and auto accident i had, and with their expertise, i was able to get better coverage, now i had to up grade my deduckable to higher but it did lower my payments, and found out i was ok with my amount of coverage as it covered the other car. They explained everything i asked about. also got my billing back on line as for a few months i was getting paper notices and i hated that . i don't need paper. But over all did a super job and im still with you guys . larry

Christina Nelson is an asset to your company. She has helped answer all my questions about auto and renters insurance. She responds quickly thru email and phone calls. The misinformation that was given to me the day of adding my new vehicle and ended going up $800.00 plus more yearly and i know this survey will not result in any calls back to go over policy for a automobile that will be used 1 or 2 times in a week due to us working same shift and same place by carpooling and us being with Covenant and Erie for more than 15 years. We are exploring other opions.
