I asked for a non operator insurance policy. 2 other insurance centers would not accommodate me. Matias was so helpful and nice and helped me with a new policy before I picked up my rental car. I am now insured even though I dont have a car right now. I wanted to be insured for driving rental cars and family and friends cars. It helps to protect others as well as myself!! Great service and explanations, plus saved a ton of money!

They were my insurance company from where I first moved from Ohio to Kentucky. With them about 10 years their customer service pretty much went from a 10 to 3. After shopping around I ended up finding a better deal through a different insurance company which saved me $1,500... Update dropped this insurance company and saved over $1000 going with Progressive direct online. No insurance agent just do everything on the web no agency or employees to be paid. I'll be doing this from now on...
