Bob Kelly: Allstate Insurance

Bob Kelly is not only kind but honest and knowledgeable. I trust him with any of my insurance needs. We've been with him for years. Allstate's AI answering machine is awful. I wish it would just go to Bob Kelly instead! Begging a computer to just let you have the agent is insane.

He’s super nice, helpful, and shot me straight when I came in looking for a quote. I’ve been able to get ahold of him every time I’ve called, and have never talked to a robot or waited on a long hold. On top of that, I pay less than I did with progressive.
