I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company. I insured my car,which is registered in Massachusetts under my husband’s name. When I purchased the policy, I clearly provided the VIN, license plate number, and state of registration. Despite this, they issued a policy through Country Financial Insurance, which does not operate in Massachusetts and therefore was invalid from the start. At no time did anyone inform me that the policy would be invalid in Massachusetts, nor did they request photos of the license plates — all communication was done over the phone. Now, they are telling me that because I did not send photos (which were never requested) they cannot give me a full refund and are only offering $200 back. This policy should never have been issued for a Massachus

If you get a field aduster named rick portillo, run for the hills, he can't find storm damage on a house unless its under the deductible. Ask for someone else or find a different insurance company.

Rene Ghorashy is our supposed "representative". Yet I only heard from her once, have no response to any emails and have basically been "forgotten". Our bank representative even tried contacting her with no avail. Our sub par mortgage company picked this insurance company. Please do Not make the same mistake!!

Stephanie Verdugo is the worst insurance adjuster I've ever had, for the 24 days my claim was open I've never heard her voice once and have only received one email and one text..... supplement payments didn't get sent and I had to wait for my car. Not to mention she approved a part that was not to spec. Or inline with my "The Keeper " auto policy..... if it was for my insurance rep. I'd be leaving country for sure!

I really despise this company’s business practices. They offer low introductory rates then double-digit premium spikes at every renewal.
