I got injured at work and filed for workmen's comp. My employer has CorVel as their insurer. I have been playing phone tag since I got assigned Renee Stuckey as my advisor. The only way I have been able to contact her is via email. I was supposed to hear back from her after going to urgent care, to schedule an mri. She stated that she would call me back after getting the order of the MRI from urgent care. I never got a call back and can’t seem to get ahold of her. I haven’t called several times and it went to voicemail, left several voicemails and then proceeded to email her with no reply. No wonder the Tampa location was permanently closed, these people don’t know how to do their job, can’t answer the phones or email, and seem like they don’t care about you, the customer who has been inju

I’ve been getting the runaround trying to reach these people. I was hit by a Tractor Trailer insured by Corvel. No Fault of my Own. I can’t get Anyone on the line after two days of trying! What’s up with this Company? SMH
