CoreSource has recoded 3 emergency claims as non-emergencies in spite of correct ER codes, letters from doctors, ER notes, and a patient letter. No one returns my calls. Representatives promise different time frames. Terrible customer service. Worst insurance administrator. I wish I could change my employer insurance. I feel trapped. I also feel like I'm the victim of fraud.

If you have the option to die try that instead of going in to the ER for any other reason, atleast then CoreSourse will cover it. Any hospital / family doctor visit I've had was denied, by this joke of a health insurance company. Seriously staying at home in bed and wishing for the sweet release of death on your most painful night of sickness, no matter how sore/ terrible your body feels is STILL a better decision. I could go on for hours about how horrid it is to have this company's name on a piece of plastic in my wallet but I'm sure you get it by now. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. They forgot to forward payment to my medical & dental insurance back in November. Paid & they received my payment that was due 1-1-19. They received payment from my bank on 12/31/18. I called them & got no help. Still listed that I do not have insurance on 1-3-19 . You will spend 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone. If you leave a message they will not call you back

I would not give them even 1 star. Customer service is awful. It's almost impossible to reach them out by phone. If eventually you are able to speak with customer service you will see that they are not trained well to answer your questions. They say just "I don't know". Also if you send a message through your online account on their website you will be surprised to discover that no one is going to answer it.
