This auto tag agency was recommended to me by a friend. I had just gotten out of a lease and bought a new truck, and I wanted to keep my license plate. Paid for tags 9/11/25, I understood regular tag agencies were closed so I came here, I was promised my tags that following Monday, said they would call me, I called them the following Thursday to be told off handedly that it’s not there and they would call. Today is 9/22/25, still no tags. They don’t even deserve a one star. I’d hate to think service is incumbent on my skin color. 11 days and still waiting.

I didn’t choose this tag agency myself—they were selected by the out-of-state dealership I purchased my vehicle from. My experience started off okay, but unfortunately, it didn’t stay that way. During my initial visit to take care of the title and taxes (which had already been paid by the dealer), I decided to purchase a personalized plate and paid for it on the spot. A couple of weeks later, I received a call letting me know my temporary plate had arrived—but they also told me there were additional charges because I had supposedly been undercharged the first time.
