Gloria Smith is the worst agent I have ever encountered . Please don’t choose this agency. Many companies have severed ties with her due to incompetence and unprofessionalism. This company embodies everything you DO NOT want in an insurance agency.

They took $469.00 from me that was suppose to be a payment and it wasn't. When I called today it was like they didn't understand what the computer was showing. Please DO NOT do business with this company. They are deceiving and do not give all the information to you. They can cause you to lose a lot money!
