Gave a $30,000 estimate for flood repair. Was given over $9,500 deposit to soon find the estimate jump to double the price. When asked to modify the estimate both the contractor John S. and the main office number became unresponsive. Still have not seen a refund or heard from anybody.
Got 5 estimates to replace front stairs and rear deck. This company was more than double the price and they where not going to even handle the permits. Shop around, you can find quality work for reasonable prices.
