GreatFlorida Insurance: Nicole Rago

Nicole has helped me with insurance with a property in Port Richey for some time now. She is great with communication, she always makes sure my home owners insurance doesn't lapse, and to top it off she is always friendly which i find really nice too.

We are fairly new to Florida and when it came time to register and insure our vehicles, I started by doing my homework and reading reviews. I came across Nicole with Great Florida Insurance. I called my agent Eric from the dealership at 4:45 and they close at 5:00. We needed to insure this vehicle at closing. Eric was able to all of this done for us in a short period of time. Excellent customer service. Eric explained everything in detail. Great agency. I like calling my local agency to walk me through specifics he also helped us with our commercial policy. He’s been our agent for years I highly recommend him.
