Not a good experience at all. After the initial contact for the first policy, I never heard back from anyone at the Connor Hardin agency. My emails invariably went unanswered for a long time, and I had to follow up with a phone call. I was told that "sometimes emails are missed, so its better to call"!! The agency did not show any interest in keeping my business. They are only interested in taking their commission and not at all interested in providing any kind of service for your insurance policy. I will not recommend this agency to anyone.

The process of obtaining insurance policies for home and cars was very clear and quick. My agent, Connor Hardin, was detailed and thorough. I liked the way he prepared my policies for homes and cars in a quick, correct, and the best for my situation. What I was told I got. No hidden issues and no overcharging. Thanks.

I highly recommend Connor and his team. They understand costs are at all time highs right now and look out for their customers, making sure you get the best rate at all times. They are very transparent and explain coverage details thoroughly ensuring peace of mind and don’t leave you wondering if you might be paying for coverage you don’t need. If you’re on the fence and considering switching give them a call. I switched from Goosehead after multiple runarounds and finding out I was paying for coverage I did not need. In addition to the broker fees that have to be paid upfront to use their services. My only regret is not switching sooner!

Connor and his staff took good care of me. Bundled Auto, Home and Umbrella for the same or better coverage with lower deductibles and rates than existing providers. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a local insurance agency
