Three stars: one for each representative in the office, and one for their customer service. They do take the time to help you find reasonable rates and answer all your questions, which is commendable. However, the major downside is the absurdly long wait times. You could easily be waiting longer than at the DMV—so plan to dedicate an entire day just to be there. It feels like they don’t care about the wait, as they justify it by claiming they’re providing "quality" customer service. There’s no system to inform you of your place in line, leaving people to figure it out on their own. And if you're planning to call, be prepared to wait days before anyone picks up the phone—only to be told to come in and face the same issues mentioned in this review.

I went to this place first to quote car insurance and the service is very good and friendly, two days later I returned and bought the insurance with them. I recommend them

Worst cust service 2 fulldays wasted with them. They dont answer their phones and when they do put on hold for 1 hr
