Art Schaller: Allstate Insurance

Did the bare minimum to help with a claim, incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Was told conflicting things and ended up not being reimbursed because of it. No empathy for a situation out of my control, when it came to extending the rental they wouldn’t even consider it. You pay hundreds of dollars a month and have one claim in three years and it barely covers anything.

Called up and asked for some homeowners quotes. The guy wasnt the most friendly but he was not rude either. I gave home my information and he emailed me some quotes within an hour or so which was great. Will contact then again when I'm ready to switch.
