The worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company - they refused to pay for certain damage on my truck as a result of the accident I have multiple contracts with them including my home owners, which was just paid up - but my agent is all over getting that back so I can get away from these crooks Like others I wish there was a zero star option DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AS YOUR PROVIDER! BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED COMPANY! ✌🏾

Couldn't be happier, Concord Group Insurance has been our provider for many years. They're on top of all issues, my son had an accident and they took care of all the details with the auto body shop. Speaking with several body shop managers they've all said positive things in regards to Concord Group Insurance. Much more personal attention then the huge insurance companies offer!!

They said they’d contact me with information about getting a rental car, then never did, leaving me in a bad situation. They also never returned my many calls about said issue. Find someone else to insure.

Concord Group Insurance Companies on a scale of 1 - 10 I am totally going to give them -1. These they do well UNPROFESSIONAL,UNETHICAL,AND DOWN RIGHT NASTY GAS LIGHTING

Garbage the worst you could get for insurance I hope no one goes to them. Completely useless
