Allstate Insurance Agent: Mitchell-Vien & Associates

I am very pleased with the service, response and respect I have received from Bill Vien and his agency. Two years ago when I needed to reduce my costs they analysed my coverage and saved me over $350. They have continued to support this on line reluctant consumer making it easy to pay providing face to face contact. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Allstate has been great! They have worked with me with any questions or concerns regarding my policy, they answer me fairly quickly as well. I've dealt with them both through email and on the phone and they're always extremely polite.

Deceitful! Quoted me a price for auto insurance and then when they billed me it was $20.00 a month more. When I contacted the agent he just kept making excuses. I found a better deal with Progressive!!! Run away from these clowns!

We’ve had a fairly busy changing landscape for insurance this year with new things I’ve never had to insure before. I had so many questions and France answered every one patiently and thoroughly. She’s prompt and incredibly helpful.

If I could give them zero starts I would. Not only did they up my premiums with out telling me but when I went to cancel my service with them they gave me false information about my final payment multiple times. I had to call them over the course of two months to clarify that I was given false information and I still needed to pay them. I do not recommend getting your insurance here.
