Terrible. They only paid part of a claim and then they cancel us when we were repairing the damage and I took 30,000 out of pocket from my retirement account. I am in a wheelchair and they complained as to my companion dog who passed 2 years ago. This firm is the worst. I was afraid to get another dog because they refused to allow us to have a dog. They excluded my dog from the policy.

I switched to this company for my insurance coverage. I don't know the lady's name who answers the phone. She needs a new job ASAP! My husband and I have both had to call this office for different questions and EVERY time this lady is so incredibly rude! If she doesn't want to work with the public and provide customer service then she needs to find a new job which doesn't require working with people! Nasty attitude. Find an insurance company who provides customer service. If I want to get an attitude from someone I can get it anywhere but not from a place that is providing a service. Wow
