Nichole Frick is my Comparion agent and I have trusted her implicitly for a few years now with all of my insurance needs. Home/auto/flood, she has saved me money year over year, but just as important to me is how timely she is and dedicated to making sure I always have the best policies for my needs.

Initially, Liberty Mutual Insurance offered a great deal to me when I bundled my auto and renters insurance. I have a perfect driving record and have never had to make a claim. However, EVERY year after, they have changed some aspect of my policy, without notifying me of the change, before sending me a bill. They have charged me approximately $100 more per year AFTER I've paid for the entire year's insurance. So that great deal they give is EXTREMELY temporary.

Grant made finding auto insurance a breeze. Even after when issues occured Grant was quick to respond and help make it better. 10/10 recommend contacting Grant to help find your insurance coverage.

If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would they are absolutely awful! I paid the same amount for my bill up until the very last bill that I had, which they charged four times more! My bill was originally $97 and my last bill was $241.. HOW?! I just switched to StateFarm yesterday and I went to cancel my policy bc my new one started immediately and now they’re telling me that in order to cancel my policy I owe them $293!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! HOW?! When I called to ask why they were charging me this amount they said it was because when I started my policy they did not charge me for the first month. Uhhh what?! I told the woman that I had no idea that they didn’t charge me for the first month, so I was not paying that bill. She said that’s fine, it will just go to collection
